The KUSAMA governance proposal to force-update the Quartz network runtime has passed. This will allow the network runtime to continue processing blocks after a previous runtime upgrade failed and caused it to get stuck and stop processing blocks. This was due to the KUSAMA relay chain declining the state migration.
The proposal was submitted 7 days ago on the 11th of July 2022 following an announcement by Unique network’s Twitter handle.
