Popular Ethereum-based wallet, MyEtherWallet has recently announced the launch of Enkrypt, their browser extension that supports Polkadot and Web3 tokens. Leading Polkadot projects, Acala and its sister network Karura recently announced that, in collaboration with Zondax, the developer mode of Ledger is now available for Acala and Karura tokens. This will allow users of Acala and Karura to tap into the robust security provided by the hardware wallet interface.  This is coming as part of Zondax’s collaboration with Web3foundation to develop Ledger apps for parachains on the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems. Nomad bridge has been drained of all funds after a recent bridge exploit caused by a vulnerability in the bridge contract that allowed it to accept arbitrary root hashes. This allowed several entities to withdraw large amounts of assets from the bridge unchecked, as confirmed by Evmos. Currently, Nomad is paused, so users cannot withdraw their ERC20 wrapped assets from Evmos back to Ethereum. This exploit was made possible because, during a recent routine upgrade, the Nomad team initialized the trusted root to be 0x00. This unfortunately had a side-effect of auto-proving every message. Moonbeam network, via the secure cross-chain infrastructure of axelar, has completed its cross-chain integration with Osmosis.
